Payment Plans

Pay per term: Pay a lump sum per term, based on Western Australia public school term dates. Best for regular 2 classes per week, and works out cheapest if attending 75% or more classes. Note that sometimes a term is 9 weeks or 11 weeks, but there is always 40 school weeks in a year.

Pay 10-class pack: Pay a lump sum for 10 classes. Each class attended is deducted from your credit, so you only pay for the classes actually attended. This is a flexible option for FIFO workers or students with other commitments. Works out cheapest if attending less than 75% of available classes.

Pro-rata and discounts

If paying per term and you join part-way through the term, the total fee will be reduced by 10% for each week that has passed at the time of joining. For example, in you join in week 3, the term fee is 80% of the full term.

Discounts may be available in special cases, such as students visiting from another Kofukan club or students who volunteer as assistant instructors.

Refund policy

No refunds are available other than in exceptional circumstances. Being temporarily unwell or going on holiday is not an exceptional circumstance.

Payment method

If paying per term, you can pay by Bank Transfer or Cash.

If paying by 10-class pack, you must pay by Debit/Credit card (Visa/Mastercard) using the secure Stripe payment gateway through the Axis Martial Arts platform.

Payment renewal

If paying by 10-class pack, when your 10 classes are used, you will receive an email asking you to renew. Clicking renew in the email charges your payment method for another 10-class pack.

If you do not renew, you will not be able to check in for class.
